Refund Policy

For Apex Reviews subscriptions. Last updated 29 October 2026.

Free trial

Apex Reviews Pro comes with a 14 day free trial. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged during the trial.

Billing

After the trial, Pro costs $19 a month if you choose to upgrade. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and your receipts.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing support@imapexdigital.com. Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your QR codes keep working on the free plan.

Refunds

If Pro is not right for you, email support@imapexdigital.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. After that we do not refund part months, but you can cancel anytime so you are not charged again.

If you were charged by mistake, for example after you cancelled, email us and we will refund it.

Agency services

This policy covers the Apex Reviews software only. IM Apex Digital agency services are covered by our Terms of Service.
