About these terms

These terms apply when you use imapexdigital.com or any IM Apex Digital service. By asking for a service you agree to them. Contact: insha@imapexdigital.com.

Our services

We offer ready-to-buy leads, Google review management and an AI customer support assistant. What is included, when we deliver it and the price are agreed with you by email before paid work starts.

Free starts

• Your first 10 leads, reviews growth roadmap or AI demo are free, with no card needed.
• We give one free start per business. We may decline a free start if a request is not a fit for our service.
• You are not obliged to buy anything after a free start.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our Pricing page or in the quote we send you. Monthly plans are charged monthly. You can cancel at any time by emailing us before your next payment date.

What we ask of you

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Follow the laws that apply to you when you contact leads or ask for reviews.
• Do not use our work to mislead people, and do not ask us to fake reviews.

No promises of results

We work hard and follow good practice, but we cannot promise a particular number of sales, reviews or customers. Results depend on your business and market.

Replacing leads

On monthly lead plans, if a lead clearly does not match what you asked for, tell us and we will replace it.

Reviews and AI assistant

We only help you ask real customers for honest reviews and never buy or fake them. The AI assistant answers from information you approve. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
